Website Terms of Use

Last updated: August 20, 2026

These terms cover using this website. They are short on purpose. If you are hiring us to build something, the document that governs that work is our Client Services Agreement, which we publish in full.

1. Using This Website

By accessing govisibleweb.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You may browse the site, read and share our content, and contact us. Please do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems, scrape or bulk-download the site, interfere with its operation, or use it to send unlawful, misleading or abusive material.

2. Our Content

The text, design, images, code and branding on this site belong to us or to our licensors. You are welcome to quote or link to our articles with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions, or use our name, logo or branding to imply endorsement or partnership, without our written permission.

Demonstration sites are fictional. The example businesses shown in our work — their names, people, reviews, license numbers and phone numbers — are invented to demonstrate what we build. They are not real companies and are not clients unless we say so explicitly.

3. Information on This Site Is Not Advice

Our articles, guides, pricing pages and the Site Report Card are provided forgeneral information. They are not legal, financial, accessibility, regulatory or professional advice, and they are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional about your own situation.

We try to keep the site accurate and current but do not warrant that it is free from error or omission, or that it will always be available. Prices, service descriptions and turnaround times may change.

4. Forms and Free Tools

Requesting a free preview, running the Site Report Card, or sending us a messagecreates no obligation on either side. You are not agreeing to buy anything, and we are not agreeing to take the work. What we collect through these forms and how we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.

Please do not send confidential, sensitive or regulated information through any form on this site — no account numbers, government identifiers, health information or client case details. Our forms ask for contact details only, and are not built to receive anything more.

5. Links to Other Sites

This site links to demonstration sites, client sites and third-party tools. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, data handling or availability. A link is not an endorsement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or anything you read on it, including indirect, incidental or consequential loss. This section is about the website. Our liability for paid work is addressed in the Client Services Agreement.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from use of this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

8. Changes and Contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, with the “Last updated” date above revised. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
