What does the $497 setup cover?
Most of the setup work happens in your first month. You pay the $497 fee once, on top of that month's price.

How do approvals work?
- Posts
- We draft every post. You approve each one before it goes live. Then we post it.
- Review replies
- Within 48 hours of a new review, we send you a draft reply. You must approve it before it goes on Google. We never post a reply without your approval.
- The 48 hours
- The 48 hours is our drafting time. It does not include the time you take to approve. If you answer late, the reply goes up late.
- Standing approval
- You can give us written standing approval to post review replies without asking each time. With standing approval there is no approval step, so replies go up within 48 hours of a new review. The terms are in your agreement with us.

How much does Local Visibility cost?
Local Visibility costs $399, $599 or $1,297 a month, plus a $497 one-time setup fee. On Starter, your first month is $896, then $399 a month. Setup is free if we built or rebuilt your website on our Professional or Premium plan. It is month to month. You can cancel with 30 days' notice.
Do I need a GoVisible website to use Local Visibility?
No. Local Visibility works with the website you have now, whoever built it. We do not edit your website unless you give us access. Without access, we give you a short list of changes for whoever looks after it.
What do you need from me to get started?
You add us as a manager on your Google Business Profile. We never ask for your Google password. If you do not have a profile yet, we help you claim or create one.
Who writes the posts and the review replies, and do I approve them?
We write both. You approve every post and every review reply before it goes live. Review replies appear on Google as replies from your business, so we never post one without your approval.
What if I take a while to approve a review reply?
The reply waits for you. We send a draft within 48 hours, and your approval time comes on top of that. A slow answer from you means a late reply on Google.
Can you post review replies without asking me each time?
Yes, if you give us written standing approval. With no approval step, replies go up within 48 hours of a new review. The terms of that approval are in your agreement with us.
Do you guarantee more calls or a higher ranking?
No. Nobody can promise what Google or an AI assistant will show. What we promise is the work, meaning the posts, the review replies, the listings and the report each month.
How do the review requests work?
We ask every customer you give us, not only the happy ones. We never pay for reviews. We send a text only to people who have agreed to get texts.
Who writes the blog posts on Premium, and where do they go?
We write 2 a month for your website, and you approve each one first. If we built your site, we publish them. If someone else runs your site, we send them the finished posts to publish.
Does Local Visibility cover ChatGPT and other AI tools?
No. Local Visibility looks after your Google profile, reviews and listings, which AI tools do read. It does not check what those tools say about you. That is our AI Search work, which starts with an AI Visibility Audit at $750.
What if I also need a new website?
We can rebuild your site on the same domain for $1,897, $3,797 or $6,197, depending on how many pages you need. A rebuild includes Site Care free for the first 6 months, and Local Visibility setup is then free on a Professional or Premium rebuild.
