What a Wedding Planner Website Needs
A wedding planner's website needs a portfolio of named weddings, an About page built around you and an inquiry form. All five planners we studied around Atlanta had all three.
Should a wedding planner publish prices?
Most don't. Three of the five showed no number until a couple got in touch. One published flat prices: $15,000 for full planning, $3,950 for wedding-day management and design from $3,500. Another stated minimums of $18,500 for a wedding and $25,000 for design.
A starting price tells a couple early whether you fit their budget. That saves you consultation calls that go nowhere.
What is the difference between full planning, partial planning and day-of coordination?
Full planning runs from budget and venue through to the day itself. Day-of coordination, often called month-of, takes over near the end and runs the day. All five planners sold full planning, and four sold day-of coordination.
Partial planning sits between the two, and two of the five used that name. One planner's wedding-day package listed 10 hours of coverage with two coordinators. Spell out what each package includes, because couples often don't know the difference when they first get in touch.
What should a wedding planner's portfolio show?
Group your work by wedding. All five showed theirs by couple or venue. For each wedding, say which venue, how many guests and what you handled. A couple can picture their own day when they see one like it.
What should a wedding planner's inquiry form ask?
The inquiry form was the main way to get in touch on all five sites, and none offered a public booking calendar. Ask for the date, the venue if they have one, the guest count and a budget range. Those four answers tell you whether the call is worth booking.
Do wedding planners need star ratings on their site?
None of the five showed an overall star rating. Four showed named quotes from couples instead, and two showed press or award badges. A couple reading another couple's words learns more than a star count tells them.

How GoVisible Web does it differently
Before we build a wedding planner's site, we study five planners in their market. On every plan, your site gets package pages with a starting price and wedding stories that name the venue and guest count. Its inquiry form asks for the date, venue, guest count and budget range. See it on our wedding planner page.
- You get a free preview of your site in 48 hours, before you pay. No card and no obligation.
- We study five of your local competitors in your trade before we write a word.
- Every site is set up so Google, Bing and AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Grok can read your business details.
- Every page, fact and phone number is checked before you see it.
- Prices are published, from $1,497 to $5,497. Every plan includes 6 months of Site Care, then $89 a month.
