What a Foundation Repair Website Needs
A foundation repair website needs a list of warning signs, a free estimate request, a warranty, a financing page and reviews. All five foundation companies we studied around Atlanta had every one of those. All five also gave crawl space repair and basement waterproofing their own place in the menu.
We read each company's site in August 2026 and wrote down every menu item and section.
Do foundation repair companies only fix foundations?
All five also sell crawl space and waterproofing work. Every one listed piering, wall anchors for bowing walls, crawl space encapsulation and basement waterproofing with drainage and sump pumps.
The two go together here because Georgia's clay soil swells in wet seasons and shrinks in dry ones. The same movement that cracks a foundation also pushes water in. If you do both, your site should sell both.
Should a foundation repair company publish prices?
None of the five did. Every mention of cost pointed to a free estimate instead. One company asks for the estimate more than 12 times on its main repair page. Three of the five put the word “free” in the button itself. The others said “Get a Price” or “Schedule Appointment”.
Should my site list the warning signs of foundation problems?
Yes. All five had a warning-signs list, and several split it into signs inside and outside the house. The signs they named were:
- Stair-step cracks in brick or block.
- Cracks in drywall.
- Doors and windows that stick.
- Sagging floors.
- Bowing walls.
- A leaning chimney.
Homeowners try to judge their own house before they call anyone. Also say which signs usually are not a problem. A homeowner who hears “that crack is normal” from you will call you when one isn't.
What should a foundation repair warranty page say?
All five offered a warranty. Only one gave it a name, and one gave it a page of its own. A good warranty page answers three questions: what is covered, what voids it, and whether it transfers when the house is sold. That last one matters to anyone who plans to sell in the next few years.
Do homeowners expect financing for foundation repair?
Yes. All five had a financing page of its own. Foundation work is an unplanned bill, often a large one. Saying up front that payments are possible keeps a worried homeowner on the page.
What pages should a foundation repair website have?
Here is what the five had:
- Warning signs, free estimate, warranty, financing and reviews: all five.
- Crawl space repair and waterproofing as their own pages: all five.
- Before-and-after photos: at least two, and likely two more.
- A page for real estate agents, slab leveling or chimney repair: three of five.
- An FAQ page: at least two.
The fullest main repair page we read ran in a simple order: the problems, the repair methods, the questions people ask, then the form.

Common questions
Should a foundation repair company put prices on its website?
Usually not. None of the five Atlanta-area foundation companies we studied published a price. Every mention of cost pointed to a free estimate instead.
What pages does a foundation repair website need?
At minimum: warning signs, a free estimate request, a warranty, financing, reviews, and separate crawl space and waterproofing pages. All five companies we studied had all of them.
Why do foundation companies also sell waterproofing?
Because the same soil causes both problems. Georgia's clay swells when wet and shrinks when dry, which cracks foundations and lets water in.
Where do these figures come from?
- Five foundation repair companies around Atlanta (Smyrna, Atlanta, Woodstock, Doraville and Alpharetta), read on their own websites in August 2026. Five is a small sample: it shows what established local companies do. Georgia's clay soil from the same research.
How GoVisible Web does it differently
We start every site by studying five competitors in your own market, the same way we studied these five. On every plan, your site gets a warning-signs page that also says when not to worry. It also gets your warranty in full, and a free-inspection request that explains the visit. Crawl space and waterproofing pages come with Professional, at $3,297, and a financing page with Premium. See it on our foundation repair page.
- You get a free preview of your site in 48 hours, before you pay. No card and no obligation.
- We study five of your local competitors in your trade before we write a word.
- Every site is set up so Google, Bing and AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Grok can read your business details.
- Every page, fact and phone number is checked before you see it.
- Prices are published, from $1,497 to $5,497. Every plan includes 6 months of Site Care, then $89 a month.
- You own your domain, your words and your code. If you ever leave, every file is yours within 5 business days.
