What a Day Spa Website Needs

A day spa website needs published prices, online booking, a gift card page and a treatment menu a first-timer can follow. All five spas we studied around Atlanta published prices, and four took bookings online.

We looked at each spa's site in September 2026. Two medical spas came up and we left them out, because injectables and lasers sell differently.

Should a day spa publish its prices?

Yes. Every spa we studied did, on its treatment menu, its packages or both. One spa listed nine packages, from $169 to $500 for a day that includes lunch.

Spa guests pick a treatment and a budget at the same time. The price is part of the choice.

Does a spa website need online booking?

Four of the five let guests book online. The fifth listed only a phone number. With online booking, someone choosing a massage at 10 p.m. can book it right then. If your booking system has its own online page, your site should send guests straight to it. On our sites, online booking comes with the Professional plan.

What treatments should a day spa list?

All five offered massage and facials. Four also sold body treatments such as wraps and scrubs, and four sold packages. Waxing, couples massage and hot stone massage each showed up on at least three sites.

Nails, reflexology and memberships were each offered by one spa. Write each treatment so a first-timer can choose: how long it takes, what it helps with and what it costs.

How should a spa sell gift cards online?

Give them their own page. Four of the five did. One let buyers pick a dollar amount, with $150 marked as the most popular.

The person buying a gift card often isn't the one getting the massage. They want to choose an amount, pay and send the card by email in a couple of minutes.

Do spa packages need their own page?

If you sell them, yes. Four of the five sold packages, and at least three put them in the main menu. A package page with prices answers what a gift buyer or a couple wants to know first.

Should my spa site explain cancellations and first visits?

It helps. At least two spas published a cancellation policy, and one had a page on spa etiquette. Answer what a first-timer worries about: what to wear, when to arrive, tipping and how to cancel.

What pages should a day spa website have?

  • Published prices, massage and facials: all five.
  • Online booking: four of five.
  • A gift card page: four of five.
  • Body treatments and packages: four of five.
  • A cancellation policy: at least two.
